Stage 2
We supply a FREE No Obligation Quote, which can be adjusted.
Stage 3
On quote approval and following instruction to proceed we provide a draft list for agents' comments, adjustments and approval.
Stage 4
We update records ensuring GDPR and PECR compliance is adhered to.
Standard - we sort the data by date and our in-house researchers telephone and update any record that is older than 18 months. Thus giving an average age of 12 months.
Stage 5
We organise collection of brochures and letterheads where appropriate.
Stage 6
Using your e-mailed text / templates, we can print mail merge personalised letters onto your letterhead with your signature.
We proceed by inserting your marketing literature into a quality envelope and dispatch items by post.
Stage 7
A copy of targeted data is available in Microsoft Excel to include all contact and address details plus the option to include personal / generic e-mail addresses where available.
